For this project, each country gathered their own outcomes for evaluation. These were presented in the final seminar and will be gathered and updated September and October:
Finally, all outcomes will utlilized in order to achieve a toolkit of customer-centred competencies. After the duration of the project, a Nordic PROcompetence network will be maintained for promoting competence building in customer-centred service design in higher education and in work-related services.
